EV Across America Opens Its Charger-Screen Network to Grocery and Retail Host Sites Ahead of the 2027 Planning Cycle

WINDSOR, CO — October 6, 2026 — EV Across America is opening its charger-screen network to grocery-anchored and retail host sites as a contracted media channel, ahead of the 2027 planning cycle. The program, operated by USA Entertainment Ventures, LLC, runs digital advertising displays on more than 6,000 EV charging stations nationwide, concentrated in grocery, theater, and high-traffic shopping districts.
Host sites that contract with the network receive a designated revenue line for their parking assets. The station hardware and the advertising displays remain owned and maintained by EV Across America. Site operators supply the parking stalls and the placement; the network supplies the installation, the screen inventory, the advertiser demand, and the reporting.
The offer lands as retail property owners head into 2027 budgeting, a window in which parking areas are typically funded as an operating cost rather than a revenue source.
What the Agreement Covers
- Placement. Charging pedestals with integrated vertical advertising displays, sited in high-dwell positions within the lot.
- Revenue share. A defined per-site payment tied to contracted screen inventory, not to charging session volume alone.
- Site parity. Each pedestal is manufactured and installed to the same specification, whether the host site is a single grocery-anchored center or part of a multi-property portfolio.
- Maintenance and uptime. Hardware service, screen replacement, and connectivity are managed by the network, with the site operator’s obligations limited to placement and access.
“The parking lot was never the product — it was the address,” said Dan Kost, founder of the EV Across America program. “What changed is that a stall now has two revenue events in it: a driver plugs in, and a brand reaches a standing audience for the twenty minutes they are there. We are asking property owners to account for the second one.”
Why the Channel Scales
Charging sessions are long by design. A driver who plugs in is stationary for a sustained period, which is the opposite of a passing-impression environment and the reason brand advertisers have begun evaluating the format on its own line rather than as a supplement to out-of-home.
For a host site, the practical result is a parking asset that produces contracted revenue with no capital outlay, no advertising sales effort, and no added staffing. The location also improves its own EV amenity without carrying the installation cost.
